Breeze Block

The Breeze Block panel serves as a heartfelt tribute to my beloved hometown. Growing up in the vibrant suburbs of Phoenix, I was continually captivated by the beautifully decorative cement walls that could be found in many ranch-style homes, which are commonly referred to as breeze walls. This childhood admiration and fascination with their unique designs inspired me to reinterpret those intricate patterns using the captivating medium of stained glass. To truly evoke the essence of "breeziness," I carefully selected a vintage sheet of delicate blue glass, seamlessly integrating a sense of nostalgia and artistry into the overall piece.
